Above and Beyond
The 'Above and Beyond' recognition program at One New Zealand celebrates standout employees each quarter. These 'superheroes,' chosen by functional leaders, consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences and exemplify the company’s core behaviors beyond expectations.
Nominees are invited to the main office in Auckland for a professional photo session. I then edit these images, transforming them into superhero portraits.
Each quarter, 'Above and Beyond' highlights a notable landmark in Auckland, which I reimagine with an ethereal aesthetic.
I categorize some nominees into groups of three, each representing one of the 'Above and Beyond' core values: Heart, Grit, and Freedom. The remaining superheroes are displayed on a separate slide. At the end of the year, one standout winner is selected for each core value, along with one 'Unsung Hero' award.
